Gain Staging Advice

The two published scales are consistent: 109 dB/mW at 43 Ω is 122.67 dB/V and the sheet prints 122, rounded down. Electrostatic tweeters behind a transformer need voltage to speak — this is the one item here that rewards a desktop source, and not because it is quiet.
