85 dB at 2.83 V on a 6-ohm nominal load — about 83.8 dB/W/m once converted. That is roughly 5 dB below a typical 8-ohm, 89 dB bookshelf, which means about three times the amplifier power for the same level. ELAC's own page for the series lists «6 ohm impedance» among the design benefits; read as a load it is a warning, not a feature.
