Amplification Warning
The one in-ear here that behaves like a small pair of headphones: a weak phone output will clip before it gets loud on dynamic material. It is also the one that will not hiss on a mediocre source.

Die ER4SR-Seite führt genau dieselben beiden Werte — 45 Ohms und 98 dB @ 1 kHz, 1 mW. ER4SR ist die Studio-Referenz-Abstimmung, ER4XR die basskräftige; laut Etymotic liegt der Unterschied im akustischen Verhalten, nicht in der elektrischen Last. Das mag stimmen, doch dann verraten diese beiden Zahlen nicht, um welches Modell es geht — dasselbe Muster wiederholt sich eine Stufe tiefer bei ER2SE und ER2XR.
