Headroom Notes

The unbalanced jack is rated 300 mW into 32 ohms and 3.8 V into 600 ohms. Those two describe different limits: 300 mW into 32 ohms is 3.1 V, so on a low-impedance load the GO bar is current-limited and gives up 1.7 dB of the voltage it can reach on a light one. The balanced jack roughly doubles both. A dongle that asks for up to 4 W will also make a phone complain long before a laptop does.

Amplification Warning

The OUTPUT IMPEDANCE row of the specification table is present but empty on the page as served, so no figure is recorded here. Note that the GO bar has an iEMatch switch precisely because its bare output impedance matters with sensitive IEMs.

Was im Datenblatt tatsächlich steht

Wörtlich von der Herstellerseite zitiert, mit dem Datum der Prüfung. Wir behaupten das Gedruckte, nicht die Absicht dahinter.

Herstellerdokumente widersprechen sich
«475mW max. into 32 ohms / 7.5V max. into 600 ohms»

The body of the product page states 7.5 V max. into 600 ohms; the specification table lower on the same page states Balanced: 475mW@32Ω; 7.2V@600Ω. Two different voltages for the same output on the same page, a difference of 0.35 dB. The prose also gives the balanced figure without naming the jack, while the unbalanced output is rated 300 mW and 3.8 V — half the headline.
