Tonal Profile

A single 10 mm beryllium-coated dynamic in a 3D-printed shell, and one of the few in this price class where the manufacturer names the unit outright: 110 dB SPL/mW at 32 Ω. That works out to about 125 dB/V, so a phone at half volume is already loud.

Amplification Warning

Nothing here needs an amplifier. What it needs is a quiet source: at 125 dB/V the noise floor of a cheap dongle sits right in the audible band between tracks.
