Two channels of a fixed +25 dB with no trim: matching a stereo pair has to be done on the preamp behind it, not here.
Production Warning
Same family, same restriction: the maker's Quick Start Guide says phantom power cannot be passed to condenser mics, so both channels are for passive dynamics and passive ribbons only.
