Tonal Profile
A broadcast large diaphragm designed to be spoken into from a boom at 10-20 cm, with an internal pop screen and a -14 dB attenuation stage. The capsule is voiced for speech, not for singing: the presence region is worked, the extreme top is not.
Gain Staging Advice
-33.1 dBV/Pa with 7 dB-A of self-noise is an unusual combination: loud output and a genuinely low floor, which is exactly what a voice booth wants. Thirty-odd dB of preamp gain is enough, and cheap preamps stop mattering.
