Tonal Profile
A large-diaphragm cardioid dynamic with an aluminium-copper voice coil, spring-mounted capsule and hum-bucking coil - the handheld Sennheiser built to sit above the e 945. 40 Hz to 20 kHz is an unusually wide claim for a moving coil and it shows as a light, extended top rather than the presence bump most stage dynamics carry.
