Tonal Profile
20 ohms and 103 dB/1mW make this the easy one of the LCD line on paper. In practice the low impedance is what matters: it draws current, so a source that is voltage-strong but current-weak sags here first, not on the 70-ohm LCD-2.
What the datasheet actually says
Quoted verbatim from the manufacturer’s own page, with the date we checked it. We state what is printed, not what anyone intended by it.
«Sensitivity 103 dB/1mW (at Drum Reference Point)»
Sensitivity is stated at the Drum Reference Point - the eardrum position in an ear simulator, not the flat-plate or IEC 60318-1 coupler most makers use and most do not name. At 1 kHz the difference is small; across the treble it is not, so this figure is not interchangeable with an unqualified dB/mW from another brand.
