Corsair's open-back, fully analogue headset — no dongle, no battery, no software. Note that this page prints the impedance correctly as «32 Ohms @ 1 kHz», which is what makes the kilohm figure on the HS pages readable as an error rather than a house convention.
Amplification Warning
Open-back at 32 Ω is the easiest load in this catalogue. The thing to watch is not power but the source's output impedance: an open dynamic driver has a resonance peak, and a 50–100 Ω motherboard jack turns that peak into an audible bass bump.

Corsair gives no reference on any headset page, so the number alone cannot be used. Read as dB/V it is about 101 dB/mW — normal for an open 50 mm driver; read as dB/mW it would be the most sensitive headphone in this catalogue by a wide margin. We store dB/V. The gap between the two readings is roughly 15 dB at 32 Ω, which is the difference between «needs 0.03 V» and «needs 0.2 V» for the same loudness.
