Headroom Notes

«Sensitivity: 89dB @ 1M, 2.83V» — JBL names the drive voltage, so no scale guessing is needed. On the declared 6-ohm nominal that is about 87.8 dB/W/m. The whole Stage range is quoted at 6 ohms, which matters because the same sheet recommends amplifier powers up to 200 W: the receiver has to hold 6 ohms, not 8.

Amplification Warning

A 2.5-way with two 5.25-inch woofers and no published impedance minimum. Harman prints no minima for the Stage range at all, so the safe reading is the nominal 6 ohms plus the usual expectation that a parallel-woofer 2.5-way dips below it in the bass.
