Both ratings are full-band, both channels driven: 60 W into 8 ohms and 80 W into 4 ohms. That is an unusually honest pair for a network amplifier at this price - most of the class publishes the 4 ohm number at 1 kHz. The 0.02 % distortion figure is stated for the 8 ohm load only, so it is recorded only there.
