16 Ohms is the lowest impedance in this batch, and that is the specification to watch: at 16 Ohms a source with 10 Ohms of output impedance forms a divider with the driver, and the 99 Classics' impedance peak will then push the bass up audibly. Meze's own sheet names both unit and frequency, which makes the rest of the calculation trivial — 103 dB/mW needs about 0.09 V for 110 dB.
