Headroom Notes
The one model in the nuLine and nuBoxx ranges where Nubert's two sensitivity scales do not reconcile: 86,0 dB at 2,83 V against 83,9 dB at 1 W is a 2.1 dB gap, while a 4-ohm nominal requires exactly 3.0. Both figures are stored as printed. Read the 1 W number if you are sizing an amplifier - it is the conservative one - and note that the gap implies an effective load nearer 4.9 ohms than 4.
What the datasheet actually says
Quoted verbatim from the manufacturer’s own page, with the date we checked it. We state what is printed, not what anyone intended by it.
«Wirkungsgrad (2,83V/1m) 86,0 dB / Wirkungsgrad (1W/1m) 83,9 dB / Impedanz 4 Ohm»
The three rows cannot all hold. On a 4-ohm load 2.83 V dissipates 2 W, so the two sensitivity figures must differ by 3.01 dB; here they differ by 2.1 dB, which corresponds to about 4.9 ohms. The sibling models are exact - nuBoxx B-30 85,0/82,0, B-40 85,5/82,5, B-70 86,5/83,5 and nuLine 34 88,0/85,0 all show a 3.0 dB gap (checked 2026-08-05) - so this is a discrepancy in one sheet, not a house convention.
