4 V unbalanced from a device the size of a credit card is a lot, and the figure is stated plainly. What is not stated is anything else: the manufacturer's own specification page prints Max. Output Power: TBD, and there is no output impedance figure. So the voltage is known and the current is not — with a 16-ohm planar IEM the 4 V will not be reachable, and nothing on the page says where the limit sits.
