Tonal Profile

The X drops the USB card and the detachable mic and keeps the same published numbers as the BlackShark V2: 32 Ω, 100 dB SPL/mW. Purely analogue — there is no digital path to lose, which makes it the cleanest test case in this category.

Amplification Warning

Anything with a 3.5 mm jack drives it. The practical limit is not power but the output impedance of a cheap motherboard jack: 50–100 Ω against 32 Ω here means a measurable loss of level and a bass lift that Razer's own tuning did not intend.
