Read as printed, this says 118 dB of sound pressure from one milliwatt into 32 Ohms — roughly 15 to 20 dB above every other 32-Ohm dynamic headphone in this catalogue, which cluster between 95 and 103 dB/mW. The arithmetic is worth stating: at 32 Ohms the volt scale and the milliwatt scale differ by 10·lg(1000/32) = 14.9 dB, so 118 dB per milliwatt is numerically what 103 dB per milliwatt becomes when expressed per volt. Reloop's other sheets in this catalogue (RHP-20, RHP-15, RHP-5) all name the milliwatt reference and all fall in the normal range. The +/-3 dB tolerance is also unusual on a sensitivity line. We state only what the document says; the reader draws the conclusion.
