The bracket names the measurement frequency but not the reference. Sensitivity in decibels is meaningless without one: at the stated 20 Ω, «107 dB» per milliwatt and «107 dB» per volt are 17 dB apart. A frequency in brackets reads like a full measurement condition and is not one.
