What the datasheet actually says
Quoted verbatim from the manufacturer’s own page, with the date we checked it. We state what is printed, not what anyone intended by it.
The maker’s own documents disagree
«Impedance Ratio (input to output): 133:1 … Level Change: (input to output): -20dB»
For a transformer these two rows are the same fact stated twice. An impedance ratio of 133:1 is a turns ratio of the square root of 133, about 11.5:1, which is a voltage loss of 20·log10(1/11.5) = -21.2 dB, not the -20 dB printed alongside. The 1.2 dB difference is larger than rounding. Behringer's DI600P prints the same pair and there they agree: 110:1 gives 10.49:1, that is -20.4 dB, against a printed -20 dB.
