Headroom Notes
Two rear Type-C ports, two different power budgets. The plain one is documented as 5V/3A — 15 W, all of it at 5 volts. The fast-charge one reaches its 30 W only at 15 V (max 2 A); at the 5 volts an audio interface actually uses it is the same 3 A. For bus power the useful number is therefore 15 W on either port, and a device that never negotiates gets the USB 3.x floor of 900 mA.
Amplification Warning
Audio is SupremeFX ALC4080 with "120 dB SNR stereo playback output" and impedance sense on front and rear headphone outputs. As on the rest of the ROG line, no output voltage, output impedance or output power is published, so nothing here feeds a headphone drive calculation.
What the datasheet actually says

30 W is reachable only at 15 volts, where the port is limited to 2 A. At 5 volts — the rail every bus-powered audio interface runs on — the same footnote allows 3 A, which is 15 W. The headline watt figure and the watts available to a 5 V device are not the same number.
