VLM Type C capsule, hypercardioid, with a deliberate dip around 120 Hz to hold off boominess and handling noise and a lifted mid-range to cut through a wedge. 48 Hz - 19 kHz on the sheet, above 144 dB SPL.

Gain Staging Advice

2 mV/Pa is -53.98 dBV/Pa - half a decibel above an SM58 and two decibels above an SM57.
