Gain Staging Advice
A published dBV/Pa on a wireless system is a statement about the capsule only. What reaches the recorder has been through the transmitter's own gain, the link and the receiver's output stage, and none of those are published, so this number cannot be used to predict recorded level - only to compare capsules.

Hollyland publishes the same -37 dBV for the LARK M2, the LARK M2S and the LARK A1 - three transmitters with different capsule housings, different maximum SPL (115, 116 and 120 dB) and different signal-to-noise ratios. The tolerance is written three ways across the three pages: "± 2dB", "± 2dB" and "±2dBV".
