The maker’s own documents disagree
«Sensitivity: 38dB re 1 Volt/Pascal (12.59 mV @ 94 dB SPL) +/- 3 dB @ 1kHz»

The number is printed without its minus sign. +38 dBV/Pa would mean 79 volts out of a spoken word; the bracket in the same row gives 12.59 mV at 94 dB SPL, which is -38.0 dBV/Pa. The two halves of one row disagree by 76 dB. We store -38.0, the value the millivolt figure supports.

The table has two rows called Acoustic Principle. The second one holds the polar pattern; the NTH-Mic's pickup pattern is therefore published under the heading of its transducer principle, and the row named Polar Pattern is absent.
