Gain Staging Advice

24 mV/Pa, printed as -32.5 dBV; the exact conversion is -32.40, close enough that we keep the manufacturer's own decibel figure. Self-noise of 8 dB-A is genuinely low for the price, and with 26.5 dB more output than an SM7B this is the microphone to reach for when the interface preamp is the weak link, because it simply asks less of it. sE publishes no output impedance value: the row exists on the page but the cell is empty, so we leave the field out rather than guess.
