120 Ω with 110 dB/V is an unusual combination: high enough impedance to be safe from a sloppy output stage, sensitive enough that a phone will reach conversational levels. The catch is headroom, not loudness — peaks need about 1 V, and a dongle that clips at 0.5 V will sound thin rather than quiet.
