The ADAT input carries 8 channels at 44.1/48 kHz, which is how the interface counts 10 inputs. It halves at 88.2/96 kHz - the sample rate ceiling for the whole Audient range is 96 kHz.

Gain staging

Audient publishes byte-identical preamp and headphone numbers for the iD4 MkII and the iD14 MkII: 58 dB, EIN 129 dB A-weighted, 12 dBu maximum input, 5.46 V RMS into 600 Ohm. The difference you pay for is a second preamp, ADAT input and the insert point - not audio performance.
