Beyerdynamic quotes 96 dB per milliwatt for the 250 Ω version. Converted to volts — the unit an amplifier actually delivers — that is 102 dB per volt: for 250 Ω the conversion adds 6 dB, and confusing the two formats is the single most common mistake in this question.
