Short answer: it works with a huge margin — 32 dB needed out of 70 — and the margin is the interesting part, not the answer.
The Lewitt LCT 440 PURE is a large-diaphragm true condenser at −31.2 dBV/Pa, one of the loudest microphones in this catalogue. At 85 dB SPL it puts about −38.0 dBu on the cable, and against the Vocaster One's +12.5 dBu clip point and a −18 dBFS target the chain needs 32 dB. The Vocaster offers 70. You will be operating in the bottom half of the control for the entire session.
Raise your voice and it gets more extreme: at 95 dB SPL — a presenter projecting, close to the grille — the requirement drops to 22 dB. Thirty-eight decibels of the interface's range will never be visited.

The entire condenser shelf lands between 32 and 34 dB. Half the Vocaster's range exists for a microphone type none of these are.
The gem. Unused gain is not free headroom, and this is where the intuition fails. A preamp's range is a physical rotation of a knob, and if your working point sits in the bottom third of it, the useful resolution of the control is compressed into that third — small movements make larger jumps in level than they would on an interface whose range matches your microphone. It is not a fault and nothing will sound broken; it is simply that the control was designed around a −57 dBV dynamic and you brought a −31 dBV condenser, which is 26 dB louder. The Vocaster's high gain figure is a genuine strength, and it is a strength aimed at somebody else.
What to actually watch here. With a condenser this sensitive, the risk moved from the bottom of the range to the top: at +12.5 dBu the Vocaster clips at a lower absolute level than a Scarlett 4th gen (+16 dBu) or an EVO 4 (+16 dBu). A raised voice or a laugh close to the capsule is the thing that will cost you a take, not a shortage of gain.
