No. The NT1 (5th Gen) needs phantom power, and the Cloudlifter CL-1 in front of it uses that 48 V itself. Those are the published figures. Published specs.
Take the Cloud Microphones Cloudlifter CL-1 out of the chain, or the Rode NT1 (5th Gen) will not work. A condenser needs 48 V on its pins. This box spends that voltage on its own circuit and does not pass it on.
A dynamic microphone does not need phantom, which is why the same box is the right tool in front of an SM7B. Here it is the wrong tool. If you still want the gain, use a booster whose manual says it passes phantom.
Turn phantom on at the interface only after that box is out of the cable. If the booster's sheet never mentions passing 48 V, assume it does not. A silent condenser with the light on is almost always this wiring, not a dead capsule.
